Our main goal is always to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with our service and products.
In order to make this happen:
• We kindly ask you to check your item before you pay.
• Upon the arrival of the courier, it is not permitted to choose between products or receive only part of the order. Please note that the order will either be delivered to you in full or returned in full.
• The courier will attempt to deliver the order to you twice. After that, the order will be automatically canceled.
• Our courier waits for you from 5-10 minutes until you try your order. In case you don't find it suitable, you only pay the shipping fees. as there wont be refund or exchange after that.
